Welcome to town, Flamekeepers!
It’s finally time! We’re delighted to announce that Flamecraft is out now on Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch!
Working on Flamecraft was a truly magical experience, and it’s so exciting to finally welcome you to our whimsical town! Thank you to everyone who helped us get here. Your feedback from playtests, the Online Beta, and the demo helped us improve Flamecraft along the way, and we couldn’t have built this world without you!
The dragons are now ready for their first customers, and they’ve prepared a special launch discount on Steam, XBOX, and Nintendo Switch!

It’s also a very special day for our Birders, as we celebrate the 6th anniversary of Wingspan launching for the first time on Steam! The Anniversary Background returns, full of cozy birthday charm and decorations (try it out before September 24!).
Since it’s such a big day for our studio, we wanted to prepare something extra special for the occasion. An idea came up, and our extremely talented art team jumped on it right away, creating three original player portraits:
- a Bread Dragon in a Onesie
- a Gryphoon
- and a Plant Dragon
They are available right now for free as a permanent addition to your collection. You’ll find them in your player profile settings!
And what’s a walk around town without the right playlist in the background? Flamecraft Original Video Game Soundtrack, composed by Paweł Górniak, is now available on your favorite streaming platforms!
This is just the beginning! We’ve got a lot more planned for Flamecraft’s future, including Italian and Ukrainian language support coming soon, so even more Flamekeepers can settle into town in their own language. We’re also already hard at work on an update that will bring Dragon Companions into the game. We’ll share more details soon!
Make sure to join the Cardboard Alchemy Discord server to find other Flamekeepers to play with, share your feedback, and chat about the game!
